Dear Students, Parents, and Friends of Shakuntal Vihar, It gives me immense pleasure to share the journey and vision behind Shakuntal Vihar English School & Junior College. This school was founded in 2014 in memory of my late mother, Mrs. Shakuntala Devi Vitthalrao Gaikwad, whose values of integrity, perseverance, and compassion have deeply influenced my life and work.

When I envisioned this school, my goal was to create an institution that not only imparts knowledge but also shapes character. I wanted to offer the children of this region access to quality education, an opportunity that would empower them to build better futures for themselves and their families. My mother believed in the transformative power of education, and her dream lives on through this school.

Over the years, Shakuntal Vihar has grown in size and reputation, but our core mission remains the same—to provide quality education to the rural youth at affordable fees. Our dedicated staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and a strong emphasis on both academics and extracurricular activities ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for the challenges of the future.
